In 2023, Case 23-066 proposed the rezoning of approximately 105 acres located east of Cosgray Road and south of Rings Road in southwestern Dublin, Ohio (PIDs: 274-001307, 274-00104, 274-001218). The application requested changing the zoning from Rural (R) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for a large-scale residential subdivision known as Amlin Crossing.

• Original plan: Up to 371 single-family homes on the 105-acre site
• Included requests for a Preliminary Development Plan and Preliminary Plat
The case was reviewed by the Dublin Planning & Zoning Commission in 2023 and was ultimately tabled by City Council in October 2023. While this specific large-scale residential proposal has been paused, the land remains part of the broader area under discussion for future development as part of the Western Innovation District (WID) planning.
